COMPETITION REGULATIONS

The Qualification Tournament will be held in accordance with the LEN General Rules and the
Competition Regulations for the European Water Polo Championships

TRANSPORTATION

The Official airport is Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (the travel time to the hotel or competition
venue/swimming pool is approximately 20 minutes by bus).

Transfer from the official airport to the hotel/competition venue will be organised by the organiser.

Transfers from hotel to the competition venue will be organised by the organiser.

TIMELINES

Arrivals and Accommodation
See appendix 1 – LEN_Accommodation form.

Please confirm your arrival and send us the completed “LEN_Accommodation form” no later than

Friday 5 of May 2023.

Payment
Payment for accommodation shall be made on the basis of the Entry Form for all team members
(players, coaches, team officials and LEN officials) to the bank account indicated in the Organiser's
section of this Bulletin.

Prepayment:
Prepayment is based on the number of rooms booked and the cost of additional meals. The amount
of the prepayment is calculated using the automatic calculation in the LEN_Accommodation form in
Appendix 1.

Note:
Before making the advance payment, the amount to be paid must be confirmed by the
accommodation officer of the organiser (see contact details in the organiser section of the bulletin)
